Appointment Changes
Please note that you will be charged the FULL amount for any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Late Policy
We strongly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods before your session. Please make sure that you arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not able to achieve your full goals.
Etiquette
Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, we lose that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please contact ESSENCE K for any appointment change or cancellation before your appointment day.
Payment
ESSENCE K only accepts cash payments.
